As global markets continue to experience significant volatility and new tariffs take effect, we want to share how Craft Line is responding to these changes.
Since the beginning of this period of uncertainty, we’ve made every effort to shield our customers from rising costs—even absorbing increases ourselves when possible, especially when quotes had already been provided. However, the continued escalation in raw material and product costs from both domestic and overseas suppliers has reached a point where we can no longer absorb these increases in full.
Effective April 15, 2025, we will be updating our pricing across our website and partner platforms, including SAGE, ESP, and Distributor Central. While we will work to ensure pricing updates go live promptly, we are ultimately dependent on these platforms to reflect changes on their end.
Given the fluid nature of current pricing, we strongly encourage you to confirm current pricing with us prior to placing your order—especially if you are working off a quote or are still awaiting a customer’s final approval. We cannot guarantee quote pricing without a confirmed purchase order.
We also want to assure you that inventory currently in stock will remain at its existing price, as long as your order is placed while that stock remains available. However, as new shipments arrive with increased costs, pricing adjustments will be necessary to sustain quality and service.
