Virtual proofs are available at no charge. One complimentary change to the art is provided at no charge; however, any changes or revisions thereafter will incur charges of $25.00(v) per proof. The proof approval form sent with the proof must be signed and returned before production of your order begins. Please note: Virtual proofs are intended to be an approximate representation of the final product. Imprint color and substrate color will vary. Placement and size of the imprint on the virtual is approximate and intended to help demonstrate the overall look of the finished piece and is not intended to be an exact representation. If color, size and placement are critical to your order, please request a speculative product sample. We reserve the right to render a proof for any order. Craft Line's policy is to issue a speculative product sample for your approval prior to production for all orders of $2,500+ or orders with complicated artwork. Delays and changes to proof approvals will require a change in your scheduled ship dates. 

 

 

Random samples can be purchased for EQP less 20% on a 30-day Memo Bill with a customer provided UPS account. If you return the samples within 30 days in the original condition, the invoice will be void. If you prefer to keep the samples, do not return to us within 30 days, or the samples are damaged, you agree to pay the invoice in full within 5 business days. 

 

Spec samples are available for $100 net. If an order is placed within 30 days of receipt of the spec sample, a $50 credit will be applied to the order. Spec samples are not available on all products and decoration methods. Please check with your customer service representative for availability. 

 

Preproduction samples are available on non-screen-printed drinkware. Preproduction samples will be billed with set up charges plus the cost of the item, packaging, shipping, etc. Any order over $2,500 requires a preproduction sample or a signed waiver. 

 

 

Personalization is available on Laser Engraved, Corona Etched, Deep Etched and some PrismaPrint decorated items. Please contact your customer service representative for specific requests. $4.00(v) per piece, additional charge for personalization.
